Abstract: For enterprises in the economy in general and Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company in particular, dividend policy is one of three strategic financial policies affecting the existence and development of enterprises. Although there are many scientific studies on dividend policy, the awareness of the importance of this policy is still limited in our country. Deciding how to pay dividends can help managers and investors have a comprehensive view of the Company's financial position and can then make the right investment decisions. By analyzing the current situation of dividend payment of Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company, some comments have been made on the strengths and weaknesses of the dividend policy in the enterprise, from which proposes a number of solutions in the coming years.
