Today, artificial intelligence (AI) has been deployed in many fields such as e-commerce, medicine, broadcasting, human resources recruitment at companies... Machine Learning (ML) is one of the most commonly used AI approaches in these fields. Specifically in the field of online sales, with analysis and predictions from AI, sellers can synchronize basic information data about age, gender... to clearly identify potential buyers, most... or in labor recruitment, through surveying data from candidates to be able to offer appropriate salaries for new employees... In this article, we focus on researching linear regression algorithms many variables to apply to find the correct solution for the problem of predicting appropriate salaries for employees when applying for jobs at companies. By running experiments on Colaboratory online, we can verify the correctness of the algorithm and confirm the advantages of applying the Linear Regression algorithm in the proposed problem. |
