| Abstract: |
With the rapid development of Industry 4.0, global businesses are continually innovating and adopting technology to enhance operational efficiency. In Vietnam, the accounting sector is also adapting to these trends. Advances in digital technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Big Data, and Cloud Computing, are fundamentally changing how accounting tasks are performed. This creates an urgent need for the Vietnamese accounting workforce to adapt and develop to meet the new market demands. This article analyzes the current state of the accounting workforce in Vietnam amidst technological transformation and proposes solutions to improve workforce quality, enabling Vietnam's accounting sector to keep pace with global trends. |
