| Abstract: |
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of measures to create motivation for laborers at Hanoi University of Textiles and Garments. The sample size includes 188 employees and workers of the university, who were surveyed through a questionnaire to determine the current state of motivation measures. The results show that the motivation of laborers at the university is being implemented at a low to average level, especially in areas such as salary, bonuses, and working conditions. Unless material issues are addressed, the morale and motivation of laborers will not be improved. The university needs to focus more on this issue to create motivation among laborers. |
