Abstract: Omnichannel shopping has increasingly become a popular trend in consumer behavior, especially in major urban areas such as Ho Chi Minh City. This study aims to identify the factors influencing consumers' omnichannel shopping intention in Ho Chi Minh City, using a research model based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Data was collected from 400 consumers through online and offline surveys and analyzed using multiple regression methods. The results indicate that convenience, shopping experience, social influence, service quality, and perceived risk are the key factors affecting omnichannel shopping intention. Among these, convenience and shopping experience have the strongest impact.
