Abstract: Digital transformation is an inevitable trend of society in general and the field of accounting and auditing in particular. In recent years, Vietnam's accounting and auditing industry has achieved remarkable results in the application of information technology and digital transformation. However, besides the achievements, digital transformation also poses many difficulties and challenges. This requires the accounting and auditing industry to continue to strengthen the application of information technology and have solutions to improve operational efficiency, making a positive contribution to the overall development of the country. By analyzing the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation, the article proposes some solutions to promote the development of the accounting and auditing industry in Vietnam in the coming time.
