| Abstract: |
The aim of this study was to study the acute toxicity of the combined analgesic drug Analfenon, which combines metamizole sodium, drotaverine hydrochloride, and diphenhydramine hydrochloride for use in tablet formulations. For acute toxicity studies, a specific dose of mg / kg body weight (body weight) tablet suspension was administered orally to mice. On the first day of the experiment, animals were monitored hourly in the laboratory, then the animals were monitored for toxic symptoms and mortality daily for 14 days. The general results of this study indicate that, according to the classification of toxicity of substances, the compared drugs are low-toxic, which can be considered a safe dose for use in tablet form. |
