| Abstract: |
Human resources are always considered as the most important resource bringing competitive advantages and also a decisive factor in the growth of enterprises. This paper presents a model to analyze the impact of factors: capital, production value, salary, level of capital equipment per employee on labor demand of enterprises in Thai Nguyen province based on a set of regulatory data. Enterprise survey in Thai Nguyen province. Thereby assessing the specific impact of factors on labor demand, the results obtained are one of the important bases for building an appropriate policy system on labor. |
