| Abstract: |
The application of accounting software in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has become an essential tool for enhancing financial management, improving accuracy, and increasing operational efficiency. This paper examines the benefits and challenges associated with the adoption of accounting software in SMEs. On the one hand, the integration of accounting software offers significant advantages such as improved accuracy and transparency in financial reporting, time and cost savings, and the ability to generate real-time financial reports. Additionally, the flexibility and accessibility provided by cloud-based accounting systems enable businesses to manage their finances more effectively. On the other hand, SMEs face several challenges, including high initial investment costs, compatibility issues with existing business processes, the need for staff training, and security risks related to data protection. The paper also proposes solutions to address these challenges, such as selecting appropriate software, providing adequate employee training, and ensuring data security. Ultimately, this paper highlights the importance of adopting accounting software as a critical tool for the sustainable growth of SMEs in the modern business environment. |
