| Abstract: |
University Social Responsibility (USR) is an increasingly important concept in the context of modern higher education, especially as sustainable development goals have become strategic requirements for universities. This article presents key theoretical approaches related to USR, including Carroll’s CSR Pyramid, Freeman’s Stakeholder Theory, and the ISO 26000 framework. Based on these foundations, the paper analyzes the applicability of these theories to the practical context of the Ho Chi Minh University of Banking (HUB) and proposes several orientations for implementing USR that are appropriate for a university specializing in economics, finance, and banking in an era of integration and innovation. |
