| Abstract: |
Indonesia has very abundant marine resources. These results are widely used through processed or fresh products. This article will discuss the fishing industry in Pangandaran Regency in Indonesia, the requirements for the fishing industry in Indonesia and its implementation in Pangandaran Regency, a comparison of industrial policies. The requirements for the fishing industry in Indonesia involve aspects of business licenses, resource management, environmental protection, as well as processing and marketing. The policies in Indonesia that are intended for all regions and the policies contained in Pangandaran do not differ much, the difference is only different in writing or words, but most of the points are the same because the source of the policies adhered to will still be oriented towards policies issued by the government. Common obstacles include overfishing and illegal fishing, damage to marine ecosystems, limited resources and infrastructure, conflict over resources and social tensions, lack of oversight and law enforcement, and the impact of climate change. |
