Abstract: This study explores the lived experiences of public school teachers working under technology-challenged administrators in the Division of Valencia City, focusing on the challenges they face, coping strategies, and recommendations for support. Using narrative inquiry and thematic analysis, the research reveals three major themes: Patience and Empathetic Support, Constructive and Supportive Guidance, and Patience and Supportive Collaboration. Teachers often assume the dual role of educators and technology mentors, providing step-by-step assistance and fostering a collaborative environment to bridge the digital divide. The findings highlight that technology challenges are not only technical but also social and interpersonal, requiring empathy, clear communication, and tailored support. Supported by both international and local literature, the study emphasizes the critical role of patient, constructive collaboration in empowering administrators and enhancing technology integration. These insights inform recommendations for schools to promote professional development, open communication, and resource allocation to foster effective technology leadership and improve educational outcomes.
