| Abstract: |
The Law on Cooperatives in 2012 was enacted, marking a fundamental change in the position and role of the new model of cooperatives in collective economic development. Since transforming and operating under a new model, the cooperative has had certain successes. However, the development of new-style cooperatives still has limitations such as legal issues, governance, operating capital, etc. This article aims to examine the experience of developing new-style cooperatives in some countries around the world, thereby drawing a few problems and lessons to develop new-style cooperative in Vietnam in the current period towards sustainable development, making an important contribution to Vietnam's socio-economic development. |
