| Abstract: |
This paper demonstrates the application of Python in solving complex multi-objective optimization problems, especially when multiple conflicting objectives need to be satisfied simultaneously. Two specific examples, production scheduling and solar energy system design, illustrate Python's ability to model and find optimal solutions. Pyomo and DEAP libraries play a pivotal role in this process. The research highlights the existence of Pareto optimal solutions, enabling a balance between various objectives without significant performance degradation. Python's versatility empowers researchers and engineers to apply multi-objective optimization techniques across diverse domains. |
