Abstract: This study is conducted based on theories including: TAM technology acceptance model, TPB planned behavior model, TAM - TPB combination model, unified and accepted model of technology use UTAUT, in addition, uses information from previous relevant studies as a basis for model building and development. Through the research process with qualitative and quantitative methods combined with 246 observed samples, the results show that the factors have a positive impact on the consumer's intention to buy fashion through the social network Facebook in Ho Chi Minh City include: Expressing emotions, Comments, Shares, Post content and Trends. In which, the factor that has the strongest impact on the intention to buy fashion through Facebook is Trends. From this, it can be concluded that fashion businesses need to effectively use Facebook's functions to promote brand development and increase consumer awareness of products.
