Abstract: |
Digital marketing is a promotional activity and market search through digital media online by utilizing various means, such as social networks. The virtual world is no longer only able to connect people with devices, but also people with other people around the world. The existence of MSMEs is expected to be able to spur the economy in the midst of the current economic slowdown. Utilization of digital technology-based marketing concepts ( digital marketing)) gives hope for MSMEs to develop into centers of economic power. MSME actors collaborate with digital-based promotional media and distribution media to get the maximum profit. Currently, almost all MSME businesses or even restaurant and fast food businesses use digital marketing -based promotional media and distribution media . Some businesses that tend to want to survive in offline life are slowly experiencing a setback. The type of food and beverage business is the MSME business that is mostly engaged in by MSME actors and is useful for reducing unemployment in Makassar City even though it comes from the informal sector which is still not recorded in the Central Statistics Agency. Even though it is still in the condition of the COVID-19 pandemic, the MSME sector continues to try to stay afloat by doing various ways, both increasing promotions and providing purchase discounts. |
