Abstract: Developing the blue marine economy is a trend that countries around the world pay attention and focus on, including Vietnam. Vietnam is a country with potential and advantages in marine economic development. However, in order to realize the goal of turning the country into a strong country in the sea, rich from the sea and basically meeting the criteria for sustainable development of the marine economy, Vietnam needs to strengthen the implementation of solutions to develop the blue marine economy.
