                                | Abstract: | In the context of globalization and digital transformation, green marketing has become an inevitable trend, reflecting the combination of business objectives and environmental responsibility. This study focuses on analyzing the opportunities and challenges that businesses face when implementing green marketing strategies in the digital era. Prominent opportunities include enhancing brand image, attracting environmentally conscious customer segments and leveraging digital platforms to disseminate sustainable messages. However, businesses also encounter various challenges, ranging from high initial investment costs, pressures for information transparency, to the risk of “greenwashing” that can undermine consumer trust. The article emphasizes that to effectively capitalize on these opportunities, businesses need to develop well-structured green marketing strategies, integrate digital technologies and maintain transparency and creativity throughout implementation.
