| Abstract: |
This study examines the digital transformation process in joint-stock commercial banks in Thai Nguyen City, focusing on its impact on banking operations and customer satisfaction. Using a quantitative research approach, the study evaluates data from 500 surveyed customers to assess the development and effectiveness of digital banking services. Findings reveal that expanding digital payment methods, improving service quality, and modernizing technology have significantly contributed to banking digitalization. However, challenges such as transaction stability and security risks persist, necessitating further improvements. The research concludes that digital transformation positively impacts JSCBs' performance in Thai Nguyen City. Banks investing in technological innovation, digital services, and customer-centric approaches are better positioned for future success. |
