Abstract: |
This study employed a quantitative research design to examine the level of employability among TESDA NC II scholarship grantees, specifically those from the College of Human Ecology. The research aimed to quantify various factors influencing employability, such as skills, qualifications, and employment outcomes post-graduation. The tool used in the data gathering procedure was a self-made survey questionnaire using the Likert scale. The subjects of this study were NC II scholarship grantees and graduates. Descriptive statistics will be used to summarize the respondents' demographic characteristics and employability factors. This will provide an overview of the sample's key characteristics, as well as their survey results. Furthermore, the data was collected using a survey questionnaire where 100 participants were gathered. Moreover, the result shows the level of employability among TESDA NC II scholarship grantees and graduates. The study reveals that the employability of TESDA NC II scholarship grantees from the College of Human
Ecology is influenced by skills qualifications, demographics, and post-graduation employment outcomes. This emphasizes the need for training programs to align with industry demands to better prepare graduates for the workforce. It also highlights the necessity of support mechanisms to address skill gaps and enhance graduates' integration into the labor market. |
