| Abstract: |
This study aims to determine the relationship between efficiency, liquidity and capital buffer on the occurrence of credit risk in the ten largest banking industries in Indonesia from 2010-2020. Credit risk is measured using the ratio of non performing loan (NPL), efficiency is measured using the ratio of operating expenses and operating income (BOPO), and liquidity is measured using the loan to deposit ratio (LDR). Data analysis techniques in this study are panel data regression of EViews software. The results showed that BOPO has a positive and significant influence on credit risk. LDR has a negative and significant influence on credit risk. Capital buffer has not a significant influence on credit risk. |
