Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic truly disrupted schools not only in the Philippines but all around the world. Forcing teachers to change how they taught almost overnight and putting a huge amount of pressure on them. Here in the Philippines, where schools were closed for a long time and everyone had to quickly switch to online learning, it's really important to understand what this has meant for our teachers' mental health in the long run. While we talked a lot about the immediate struggles of remote learning, we still don't fully grasp what's happening with educators' mental well-being now, as they navigate this new normal, especially when it comes to the pressures they face and how they cope. In order to better understand the mental health of teachers', this qualitative research examined the new and continuing demands teachers' face at work as well as the particular strategies they need to cope with stress, anxiety, and emotional fatigue. The study's evidence points to two main themes. First and foremost, educators are "Navigating an Evolving Educational Landscape: Intensified Demands on Educators." These demands include the need for constant adaptability in the face of changing policies and performance pressures, the enormous emotional labor required to address students' exacerbated learning gaps and mental health issues, and the overwhelming expectation of seamless technology integration despite existing disparities. Second, to deal with these emotions, teachers' use a "Holistic Self-Care: Integrating Boundaries, Reflection, and Social Support" strategy. This includes actively establishing boundaries between work and life, reflecting on oneself via journaling, mindfulness exercises and enlisting the crucial social support of friends, family, and coworkers. This study focuses on the challenges teachers face and the adaptable techniques they use. Supplying details on teachers' real-world experiences. Use the study's findings to improve teacher mental health plans, create policies that support them and guide focused treatments. One of the next stages is to look at these coping mechanisms long-term success rate. Examining institutional support systems and developing evidence-based interventions to enhance teachers' well-being in an engaging educational setting.
