| Abstract: |
Training cadres and civil servants is an important content in operating the civil service, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management and being a driving force for socio-economic development. Studying the process of implementing policy on training cadres and civil servants at commune level in Phu Luong district, Thai Nguyen province today, besides the achievements, there are still several limitations. Access needs to be remedied. Surveying the current situation and developing solutions to improve the quality of implementation of the policy on training cadres and civil servants at the commune level - viewed from the reality in Phu Luong district, Thai Nguyen province is a scientific problem of practical significance. A considerable advantage in the current context of Vietnam. |
