Abstract: Self-study is an inherent attribute of human beings, is the path to develop the internal strength of each individual, and is the main driving force of the education - training process. Self-study is necessary for students, because it not only equips students with professional knowledge and skills, but also forms in them the ability to self-study and adapt to an ever-evolving life. Currently, many students are not self-disciplined and do not have effective self-study methods, which affects their learning results. The article proposes some solutions to promote self-study ability for students.
