| Abstract: |
Human resources are always considered a factor in the success of every organization and country. This is the most important resource that determines productivity, quality, and efficiency in using other resources in the resource system. In the context of global economic competition, all countries consider human resources to be the most important tool to improve national competitiveness. Vietnam has an advantage with its abundant labor force and young labor structure. In the coming period, human resource development is identified as one of Vietnam's strategic breakthroughs in socio-economic development orientation. Therefore, in the policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam, there has been the application and development of Ho Chi Minh's ideology to improve the quality of education and training. However, in the new context, there are many opportunities and challenges for Vietnam's development, in the period 2012-2045, there needs to be specific solutions to improve the quality of high-quality human resources, promote the integration process and carry out the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country. |
