Abstract: Abstract: Creating work motivation for hospital staff is considered as a lever to encourage the spirit of enthusiastic work, love for people, love for the profession, and dedication of medical staff to the work of medical examination and treatment for people, improving the prestige and quality of the hospital's medical examination and treatment for people. Within the scope of this article, the author clarifies some theoretical issues and the content of some theories of creating work motivation, thereby analyzing and clarifying some significance for hospital staff in Vietnam nowadays.
