Abstract: This study explores how technological competence and professional development among teachers impact the quality of instructional quality delivery of teachers. By gathering insights from a group of educators, we found that they generally feel confident in their technological competence and teaching quality delivery. This solid foundation supports effective instructional practices in schools. Our findings indicate that when teachers effectively utilize technology, engage in continuous professional development, and collaborate with peers, it positively influences the quality of instruction delivered. However, we acknowledge some limitations, such as the reliance on self-reported data and the specific contexts of our sample, which may not represent the broader educational landscape. Overall, this research highlights the importance of enhancing technological skills and providing professional growth opportunities to improve instructional quality in education.
