| Abstract: |
Currently, in Vietnam, tax management is being focused on improving by the General Department of Taxation to avoid loss of revenue for the state budget. One of the taxes with a high proportion in the state budget is personal income tax, especially personal income tax from real estate transfer activities. However, with Vietnam's current tax law, the management of personal income tax collection from real estate transfer activities still has many loopholes for related entities to "circumvent the law" or reduce the amount of money. Tax payable on your transferred assets. This research will help detect and analyze the causes, tricks, and tactics of individuals in tax evasion and tax avoidance when transferring real estate. Therefore, solutions can be proposed to prevent, stop and promptly handle violations. |
