Abstract: |
Human resources are considered the most important productive force in every economy, a breakthrough factor for the economic and social development of each locality and nation. Labor market forecasting is one of the key foundations for developing policies related to the labor market. In this paper, the authors present the theoretical basis of labor demand and propose several econometric models for estimating labor demand by factors, models for analyzing fluctuations in labor demand, along with the advantages, disadvantages, and data used in each model. |
