| Abstract: |
This paper analyzes the factors influencing the process of restructuring Vietnam’s economy after the COVID-19 pandemic, aiming to identify new directions for recovery and sustainable development in the context of the "new normal". The pandemic has had profound impacts on various sectors of the economy, such as services, manufacturing, international trade, and the labor market. However, it also presents an opportunity for Vietnam to push forward with strong reforms, particularly in digital transformation, restructuring key economic sectors, and enhancing labor productivity. The paper examines the economic, political, social, and cultural factors affecting the restructuring process of Vietnam’s economy post-COVID-19. Changes in consumer behavior, social values, and community needs play an important role in the restructuring and recovery of the economy. The paper also proposes policy recommendations to support the restructuring process, aiming for sustainable development and social equity in the future. |
