Abstract: This study examines the influence of school improvement plan (SIP) implementation and financial management practices on the productivity of public-school teachers. The goal is to enhance teachers' productivity and facilitate effective instruction delivery. The study assesses the level of SIP implementation in areas such as curriculum, staff management and development, learning environment, resource management, and community building. It also explores financial management practices, including financial literacy and financial planning. The study measures the productivity of teachers, considering factors such as the teaching-learning process, student outcomes, and professional growth and development. The research design involves descriptive and correlational methods, with data collected from 209 randomly chosen public school teachers in Damulog North and South Districts of the Division of Bukidnon, Philippines. The findings indicate a high level of school improvement plan implementation and financial management practices among teachers. The study reveals a strong positive correlation between the independent variables and teachers' productivity. Through linear regression analysis, learning environment as component of the school improvement plan and financial planning as component of financial management practices are identified as significant predictors of teachers' productivity. These findings contribute to understanding the factors that influence teacher productivity and provide insights for enhancing educational practices in the studied context.
