| Abstract: |
In the context of a rapidly changing global economy and the increasing demand for land resource management, the 2024 Land Law, passed by the National Assembly of Vietnam, marks a significant turning point in the reform of land policy. The new points in the law not only demonstrate the government's efforts to enhance the efficiency of land management and usage but also reflect the transformation of the economy, where land is not merely an asset but also a driving force for sustainable development. The 2024 Land Law is primarily aimed at protecting the legitimate rights of citizens and facilitating investment and economic development. The new regulations in the law not only relate to land use rights but also expand the subjects and forms of land management, contributing to the creation of a more coherent and transparent legal system. However, the implementation of this new law also poses several challenges, requiring cooperation among functional agencies, businesses, and citizens to achieve optimal effectiveness. This article reviews the notable new points in the 2024 Land Law and analyzes its impact on people's lives, thereby proposing several solutions to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of the law. |
