| Abstract: |
When deciding the law relevant to international commercial contracts in the traditional manner, people will rely on international judicial principles to determine which national law will apply. However, the true source of law for foreign transactions has shifted dramatically in recent years. This article will contribute to a better understanding of how this source of international law came to be and how it is used in the practice of international commercial contracts, particularly in Vietnam. |
