Abstract: This study investigated the influence of curriculum innovation, collaborative culture, and monitoring and evaluation practices on the managerial proficiency of school administrators in the Division of Bukidnon and Valencia City. Utilizing a descriptive-correlational design, data were gathered from 300 school administrators using standardized questionnaires. The study specifically assessed managerial proficiency, curriculum innovation (leadership, staff engagement and collaboration, impact on student learning), collaborative culture (professional collaboration, affiliative relationships, efficacy), and monitoring and evaluation practices (outcome evaluation, instructional supervision, resource management). Results indicated that administrators demonstrated very high managerial proficiency (mean = 4.54). Curriculum innovation was also rated very highly (overall mean = 4.69), with leadership, staff engagement, and impact on student learning all scoring above 4.60. Collaborative culture was evident (overall mean = 4.55), particularly in professional collaboration and affiliative relationships. Monitoring and evaluation practices were robust (overall mean = 4.54), highlighting effective outcome evaluation and resource management. Correlation analysis revealed strong, positive, and significant relationships between managerial proficiency and all dimensions of curriculum innovation, collaborative culture, and monitoring and evaluation practices. Regression analysis identified curriculum innovation in terms of leadership as the strongest predictor of managerial proficiency (standardized coefficient = 0.308, p < 0.001). The findings underscore the critical role of innovative leadership and collaborative environments in enhancing administrative effectiveness, supporting previous research emphasizing leadership, communication, and collaboration as key drivers of school management performance. The study recommends sustained professional development in curriculum leadership and collaborative practices to further strengthen school administrators’ managerial proficiency.
