Abstract:	Humans are the precious capital of society, so they play the role of both the subject and the product of the process of natural and social transformation. That affirms human is the goal and also the driving force of that development process. In any social activity, especially economic production, human brains are indispensable. Emphasizing the role of people in the production process, President Ho Chi Minh once affirmed: "Society has food, clothing, and housing thanks to human labor". The article focuses on studying the basic views of President Ho Chi Minh about the human factor in the economic production process; the problems posed to Vietnamese human resources during the integration period and the application of the Communist Party of Vietnam in training human resources to meet the requirements of the industrial revolution 4.0, thereby giving directions and solutions to promote the human factor contributing to building sustainable economic development.
