Abstract: ABSTRACT This study explores the relationship between trust in leadership and teacher readiness for digital assimilation in public schools. As technology becomes increasingly integral to education, understanding how leadership trust influences teachers' preparedness to adopt digital tools is essential. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected from a diverse sample of 119 teachers across various public schools through structured surveys. The analysis revealed a moderate correlation (R-value = 0.417) between trust in school leaders and teachers' readiness to integrate technology, with significant predictors identified, including technical assistance and attitudes towards technology. The R-squared value of 0.174 indicates that approximately 17.4% of the variance in digital assimilation can be explained by these factors. The findings highlight that higher levels of trust in leadership are associated with greater teacher readiness for digital integration. This underscores the necessity for school leaders to cultivate a supportive environment characterized by open communication, effective professional development, and robust technical support systems. By fostering trust and enhancing teacher readiness, educational institutions can effectively navigate the challenges of digital transformation, ultimately leading to improved teaching practices and better educational outcomes for students. This study contributes valuable insights for policymakers and educational leaders aiming to promote successful technology integration in schools.
