Abstract:	Corporate internship is a compulsory module in the accounting and auditing training program that enables students to learn through practical problem solving. Research and survey opinions from interns that accept students of Accounting and Accounting - Auditing majors from the Thai Nguyen University of Economics and Business Administration (TUEBA) to practice. By the method of descriptive statistics analysis, the research results show that the enterprises assess the qualifications and abilities of the accounting - auditing students who practice at the units at a good level, in which, the Foreign language proficiency of students is still very limited. The research results also present the recruitment needs as well as recommendations from businesses to improve the quality of internships of accounting and auditing students. The research results are meaningful to many stakeholders, which is the basis for solutions to improve the content, training programs and improve the quality of training accounting and auditing personnel.
