Abstract: The integration of digital resources in education has the potential to enhance teaching and learning experiences in integrated schools. The deficiency of digital resources poses significant challenges for teachers and may hinder their productivity. This research study aims to investigate the relationship between digital resource deficiency and teachers' productivity in integrated schools. The study focuses on four sub-variables of digital resources deficiency: Access to Digital Resources, Training and Support, Digital Resource Quality, Integration into Teaching Practices. Furthermore, it examines four sub-variables of teachers' productivity: Classroom Management, Instructional Strategies, Teacher-Student Relationships, and Personal Well-Being. This research was conducted to teachers from integrated schools in the Division of Valencia City, using survey questionnaire to gather their perceptions and experiences regarding digital resource deficiency and its impact on productivity. Quantitative data will be analyzed using PAIS format. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into the extent of digital resource deficiency in integrated schools in the division and its implications for teachers' productivity. The study will highlight the specific areas that require improvement, such as enhancing access to digital resources, providing adequate training and support, ensuring digital resource quality, and promoting effective integration into teaching practices. The implications of the study may inform educational policymakers, school administrators, and relevant stakeholders about the importance of addressing digital resource deficiency to enhance teachers' productivity. The outcomes of this study may also contribute to the development of strategies and interventions aimed at improving classroom management, instructional strategies, teacher-student relationships, and the overall well-being of teachers in integrated school environments in the Division of Valencia City.
