Abstract: ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the influence of the perception implementation of compensation on employees' work performance at TNG Investment and Trading Joint-Stock Company. The study is about the employee's perception of implementing the compensation and reward system at TNG Investment and Trading Joint-Stock Company and the level of employees' work performance in TNG Company in terms of attitude, focus, stress management, reward, and compensation. The study used the questionnaire to provide information about the perception of employees about bonuses and balance and managers about employees' work performance. The results indicated that TNG Company encounters many problems regarding employee attitude, focus, and stress management. Moreover, employees lack many functional skills in the workplace, such as working priorities and personal jobs. So for long-term development, TNG Company should provide a training program for employees to learn working skills. Turning to employees' perception of the compensation and reward system of TNG, managers should have some clear policies about the reward system and add more policies to encourage employees during their work. The time to pay salary must be on time. Pension funds for the retired also increase. The company provides other employee benefits such as performance, bonuses, productivity, incentives, and other cash incentives. A special award for the initiatives and extraordinary contributions to the company's development should be immediate for employees.
