Abstract:	Internal audit is a method to help detect and improve weaknesses in an enterprise's management system. In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 with its influence on a global scale, there have been many impacts on Vietnam's audit industry, including internal audit. The article analyzes the opportunities and challenges that the 4.0 revolution brings to internal audit in Vietnam. On that basis, the article proposes some solutions to promote the development of internal audit in Vietnam in the new context.
