Abstract: Vietnam is entering a phase of accelerating digital transformation in many different fields. In which, the banking industry is one of the leading industries in digital transformation. Digital banking services in Vietnam have quickly achieved impressive initial results. However, besides the advantages, digital transformation in the banking sector still has many limitations and shortcomings. The article proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of digital banking development in Vietnam.
