| Abstract: |
Employee satisfaction at work is a decisive factor to productivity and efficiency in production and business of enterprises. In this paper, the authors use exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to reduce 35 observed variables into groups of 7 factors that significantly affect the satisfaction of employees working at the company. the Samsung Group, from which to build a linear regression model SEM with the names of the factors set as follows: (1) Stability at work; (2) Opportunities for promotion and development; (3) Concerned leadership; (4) Working environment and conditions; (5) Salary and benefits; (6) Colleague relations; (7) Performance evaluation; (8) Satisfaction. From the research results, the authors show that salary and bonus is the most important factor affecting the satisfaction of employees working at SEV. |
