Abstract: Physical education is one of the mandatory courses for all students during high school and university. It has an important role in the comprehensive development of learners. Physical education not only helps improve health but also life skills training, spirit improvement, stress reduction, and creating a positive learning environment. Therefore, this paper studies and proposes solutions to promote students' positive and proactive learning in physical education courses. Key solutions include raising awareness of the role of physical education, innovating teaching content and methods, ensuring facilities, improving lecturer capacity, and organizing diverse extracurricular activities. Using research methods such as interviews, document analysis and statistics, the results show that these solutions are highly appreciated for their necessity and effectiveness, especially in improving the quality of learning, health, and comprehensive development of students.
