| Abstract: |
Human resources play a crucial role in the development of every organization, especially in the public sector, where they are responsible for executing vital functions and tasks of the State. Effective human resources management is a decisive factor in enhancing the capacity and efficiency of the state machinery, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the country. Currently, the public sector in Vietnam is facing new and significant challenges in the context of deep international integration and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, strengthening human resources management in the public sector is an urgent task to improve the quality of the workforce, meet the development requirements of the country. This article analyzes the current situation of human resources management in the public sector in Vietnam and proposes effective solutions to enhance human resources management, thereby contributing to improving the efficiency of the public sector. |
