Abstract: Technology 4.0 is heavily impacting industries and requires students to possess teamwork skills to meet current labor market needs. While personal and professional skills are still important, effective collaboration and communication within a team have become a necessary requirement to succeed in the workplace. To develop teamwork skills, students need to learn how to communicate information clearly and understandably, listen and accept others' opinions, resolve conflicts, and come up with common solutions for the team. Teachers also need to create practical activities to help students develop teamwork skills, such as analyzing situations, problem-solving, and group discussions. The article also addresses the benefits of teamwork skills and methods for building a team. Therefore, teamwork skills are a necessary requirement for students to succeed in the workplace and meet current labor market needs.
