| Abstract: |
This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on competitive advantage. This research was conducted on food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The results of the study indicate that the company's financial performance has a positive and significant influence on competitive advantage. This means that companies that have good financial performance as measured by ROA, ROE and NPM are able to increase the company's competitive advantage. With the increase in financial performance, the company is able to compete well, not only in the national arena but also in the international arena. In other words, the company is productive and globally competitive. |
