In the context of the current digital transformation, the accounting sector of Vietnam is facing new challenges and opportunities. To adapt and capitalize on the opportunities from the Industry 4.0 revolution, improving the quality of human resources in the accounting sector is an important factor that cannot be overlooked. This article will analyze the current situation of the Vietnamese accounting sector, and at the same time propose specific measures to improve the quality of human resources in this field. |
