Abstract: This study explores the perceived effectiveness of marketing strategies in promoting tourist destinations in Valencia City, Bukidnon, and their relationship with customer satisfaction across three stages of the visitor journey: pre-visit expectations, on-site experience, and post-visit experience. The research shows that advertising and promotion, digital and social media marketing, and special offers and promotions are all perceived as effective in promoting the destination. Advertising and promotion had the highest mean score, followed by digital and social media marketing, and special offers and promotions. The results demonstrate that all marketing strategies contribute positively to customer satisfaction, with special offers and promotions showing the strongest correlation with satisfaction across all stages. Furthermore, a significant positive correlation was found between marketing strategies and customer satisfaction, particularly with special offers and promotions, which had the most consistent impact throughout the visitor journey. The study underscores the importance of integrating various marketing approaches to enhance customer satisfaction and destination promotion, highlighting the role of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
