Abstract: The method of analyzing the relationship Cost - Volume - Profit, called CVP analysis for short, is increasingly widely applied in businesses. The purpose of the CVP analysis is to analyze the cost structure or, in other words, to analyze the risks from this cost structure. Based on the forecast of the volume of activity, the enterprise comes up with the appropriate cost structure to achieve the highest profit.
