| Abstract: |
Higher education helps the marginal communities for overall development such as economical, social, personal and cultural. The tribal people of mainstream society are also vulnerable group which can be developed through higher educational facilities. However, the tribal students from Odisha could not get the benefit of studying of higher educational institutions for various reasons. The paper has observed in the analysis of various impact of higher education on the tribal people of the state Odisha. There may be different reasons for this but one of the major reasons what I have perceived that their economical one. This paper intends to analyse the various economical reasons of admission trends of tribal students from Odisha in higher educational institutions. |
